ApplianceSmart provides a full parts and labor warranty for one year on all factory products. In addition, all appliances qualify for ApplianceSmart's extended warranty. If you are looking for a specific type of appliance and don't find it in our store, let one of our salespeople know or e-mail. We will do our best to notify you if that product arrives. However, because there is a steady turnover of merchandise in our outlet stores, we encourage you to visit us often for the best selection.

Can you special order appliances?
Should you find an appliance you want in our outlet store and need a matching item, for example, a matching dryer for a washer that is in stock, ask your salesperson about special ordering the companion piece.

Can I order an appliance by phone?
Since ApplianceSmart handles appliances that may have minor cosmetic damage or other irregularities, we encourage customers to visit our outlet store to see the appliances first-hand for a complete view of what they are purchasing. Therefore, we avoid sales by telephone.

Will you install my appliances?
Upon delivery, an ApplianceSmart professional will uncrate and set in place your new appliance and remove all packing materials from your premises. Where permitted, an ApplianceSmart professional will be glad to hook up washers.

How do I get rid of my old appliance?
If you have ApplianceSmart deliver your new appliances, we will gladly remove your old appliance on a one-for-one basis and recycle the appliance at our local facility.
If you choose to make your own delivery arrangements, you may drop off your old appliance at our recycling center at no charge. Our ApplianceSmart sales team can supply more information including schedules and fees for our curbside, as well as quantity collection and drop-off programs for additional appliances you may want to recycle.

Does ApplianceSmart Factory Outlet have a price match guarantee?
We guarantee our everyday competitive prices. If you find a lower price on an identical stock item at any local retail competitor that has the item in stock, we’ll match their price. Just bring us the competitor’s current ad or we’ll call to verify the item’s price that you have found. On percent-off sales, we will match the competitor’s percent-off offer (limited to reasonable quantities for homeowners). Price guarantees honored at all ApplianceSmart Factory Outlet locations.

ApplianceSmart will not price match competitor’s bonus offers, free offers, special offers, rebates, financing offers, clearance or closeout prices. We will not match prices on used, damaged merchandise, display merchandise, service contracts, installation, delivery, or assembly services.
