Appliances can be brand new in-the-box or brand new out-of-the-box.

Discontinued Model - A new, in-the-box appliance model no longer manufactured due to changes in product features or materials.

Exchanged/Returned - A new appliance returned by the customer, usually because after delivery the appliance did not meet the customer's needs; for example, the appliance was the wrong color or size.

Factory Overrun - A new, in-the-box appliance manufactured for a major retailer that did not purchase the entire requested production quantity.

Floor Sample - A new appliance used for display and demonstration in retail stores.

Money-Back Guarantee - If an appliance experiences mechanical failure during the original or extended warranty period, ApplianceSmart will repair the appliance.  If the appliance is not repaired to the customer's satisfaction and ApplianceSmart is not able to replace the appliance with a comparable model satisfactory to the customer, ApplianceSmart will refund 100% of the appliance's purchase price.
