Where does ApplianceSmart get these appliances?

ApplianceSmart handles new appliances that fall outside manufacturers' normal delivery systems- factory over-runs, discontinued models, floor samples, and returned or exchanged appliances.  We also receive one-of-a-kind models and appliances used for demonstration purposes at trade shows and other events.

Do the appliances have a warranty?

ApplianceSmart provides a full parts and labor warranty for one year on all factory product.  In addition, all appliances qualify for ApplianceSmart's extended warranty.  ApplianceSmart also provides a full money-back guarantee on every appliance.  Your salesperson will explain our warranty, extended warranty and money-back guarantee policies when you visit our store.

How often does the store receive new merchandise?

Appliance selection changes daily, with new product shipments as often as several times a week.

Will you notify me if you receive the type of appliance I have been looking for?

If you are looking for a specific type of appliance and don't find it in our store, let one of our salespeople know or e-mail.  We will do our best to notify you if that product arrives.  However, because there is a steady turnover of merchandise in our outlet stores, we encourage you to visit us often for the best selection.

Can you special order appliances?

Should you find an appliance you want in our outlet store and need a matching item, for example, a matching dryer for a washer that is in stock, ask your salesperson about special ordering the companion piece.

Can I order an appliance by phone?

Because ApplianceSmart handles appliances that may have minor cosmetic damage or have other irregularities, we encourage customers to visit our outlet store to see the appliances first-hand for a complete view of what they are purchasing.  Therefore, we avoid sales by telephone.

Can I order appliances on-line?

Not yet, but our plans are to add on-line sales of some types of in-the-box appliances soon.  For now, we encourage you to visit your nearest ApplianceSmart outlet to see what's available.

Do you sell anything else besides major home appliances?

We also offer accessories to assist you in the installation and use of your new major appliance.

What are my payment options?

ApplianceSmart accepts cash, personal checks and most major credit cards.

Appliances are priced by condition and length of time they have been in our outlet store, and therefore, prices are not negotiable.

Yes.  Please ask your salesperson for delivery area and fee information.

Will you install my appliances?

Upon delivery, ApplianceSmart personnel will uncrate and set in place your new appliance and remove all packing materials from your premises.  Where permitted, ApplianceSmart will hook up washers.

How do I get rid of my old appliance?

If you have ApplianceSmart deliver your new appliances, we will remove your old ones on a one-for-one basis and recycle them at our local facility.  If you choose to make your own arrangements for getting your new appliance to your home, you may drop off your old appliance at our recycling center at no charge.  Your salesperson can give you information on schedules and fees for our curbside, quantity collection and drop-off programs for any additional appliances you may want to recycle.
